Job Title:  Quality Coordinator

Pay:  $35.00 - $38.00/hour
Eligible to enroll in medical benefits

Job Overview:  Responsible for administrative activities to support needs of the Quality Assurance department.

• Develops and delivers training to MQA team.
• Support development of 5 supervisors (soft skills, supervision, handling deviations)
• Train 35 QA team members
• Review deviations quickly and effectively
• Help identify improvement opportunities and update/change procedures
• Assist with quality remediation activities
• Use existing training materials to deliver sessions (no content creation required)
• Schedule and lead training sessions, administer exams, track completion
• Work with training team to properly document training delivered
• Develops and coaches MQA supervisors in people skills such as feedback and development plans
• Develops and coaches MQA supervisors in deviation writing
• Ability to draft SOP revisions to improve processes

Requirements:

• BS in Science field required plus 3-5 years’ experience
• Experience with deviation management
• Previous experience working within Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Quality Systems
• Must have excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Lotus Notes)
• Must have excellent time management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
