Job Title:  Logistics Specialist

Pay:  $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Job Overview:  Solely conduct or aid in the following:

Shipping and Receiving activities:

• Receiving folder preparation including CoA's.
• Systematic NAV data entry.          
• Unloading/Loading and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.          
• Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage.          
• Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff.          
• Written, verbal, and electronic communication with other departments.          
• Preparing FTL/LTL and small package shipments.          
• Maintain all Transportation Logs for all inbound/outbound shipments.
• Filing and organization of all shipping related documents.

Conduct and adhere to all Warehouse policies:

• Identify and process all non-conforming material.
• Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product.
• Cooperate with and support department and company staff.
• Maintain a professional and mature demeanor.
• Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Shipping/Receiving.
• Experience operating a forklift highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience with inspection of inbound/outbound shipments, labeling, organizing, and storage of product.
• Knowledge of FTL (full truckload) and LTL (less than truckload).
• High school diploma or equivalent
