Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shift: 12 HR Shift 6:00PM-6:30AM | Rotating Schedule - Working 2 days, off 2 days and back to work 3 days

Pay: $26-32

Job Overview: The role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment with a focus on production and quality. This includes preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair work on conveyors, automation, and robotics systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment, escalating issues as needed.
• Document work in the maintenance management system and keep accurate records.
• Perform root cause analysis on major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance mechanics and perform facility/building project work.
• Assemble and test equipment, analyze production delays, and address defects.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Understanding of machinery and basic computer skills.
• Experience with PLC logic systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work overtime if needed.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and travel up to 10% of the time.
