To be eligible for health benefits, you must work a minimum of 20 hours per week. If you are a new hire, your benefit coverage begins on the first of the month following or coinciding with your date of hire on your assignment.

If you are interested in benefits through Pinpoint Pharma, please indicate this during your onboarding period. Benefits are elected through our vendor, Bernie Portal. You will receive your enrollment materials within 3 business days from your start date, and you will have until the end of the calendar month in which you were hired to enroll.  If you miss this enrollment period, you will be required to wait until the next open enrollment period or have a qualifying event to sign up for benefits.
