Pinpoint Pharma is looking for our next Recruiter! This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates according to our client's needs within the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, food, and chemical industry.
- Evaluate potential candidate's qualifications to identify the right job opportunity.
- Identify, interview, and present candidates to clients using various recruiting methods.
- Utilize job boards, employee referrals, and networking events to find candidates for various positions.
- Source passive candidates through networking, social media sites, and internet searches.
- Maintain company database (ATS) to capture candidate information, sourcing activity, placement information, etc.
- Build and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire positions.
- Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients.
